Ingredients :
- 200 grams of white fish (such as pollock or haddock)
- 1 large garlic clove
- ½ an onion
- 3 tbsp of flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of dill
- ½ a lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil to fry your fritters
How to do :
1/ Start by peeling and chopping your garlic and onion into
coarse pieces. Put them into a blender, along with your fish,
and blend it. Once done, put it all in a bowl, and mix it with
your dill and the zest of your half lemon.
2/ In the same bowl, add your egg and the 3 tablespoons of
flour. If your mixture ends up being too sticky, don’t hesitate
to add some flour, little by little. Too much flour would make
the fritters too dry.
3/ Add salt and pepper to the bowl.
4/ Heat your vegetable oil in a large pan, and add your
mixture by spoonfuls. Press them once they’re in the pan, to
form disks. Cook on both sides until they are golden brown!
